Key Responsibilities
Your Mission – Promotional Sets Project Management (70%):
- Design and development all Biotherm promotional sets: You will imagine and develop attractive and innovative gift sets, selecting products and defining packaging in collaboration to maximize market share and sell-through.
- End-to-end project management:You will manage all stages of gift set development, from design and production and delivery to stores, ensuring coordination with internal and external teams (R&D, packaging, purchasing, supply chain).
- Analysis and Planning of the Promotional Collection: You will analyze the performance of the seasonal promotional collection to design and provide recommendations for future promotional strategies. This includes recommendations for the composition, pricing, and allocation of future promotional plans based on historical performance data.
Your Mission – Body Care Product Marketing Management (30%):
- Develop the marketing strategy for the Body Care franchises: You will define and implement the marketing strategy for the body care product ranges, in line with the brand's overall strategy. This includes market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, defining product positioning, and developing the marketing mix.
- Launch & Promotion Management: Oversee all aspects of product launches and promotions planning, from initial concept and budget allocation to post-launch analysis. This includes determining optimal sizing in Canada, pricing strategy, and point-of-sale needs to build market share and drive sales growth for the product category and franchise.
Your Mission – Overarching Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization: Collaborate closely with the supply chain team to accurately forecast demand, manage inventory levels effectively, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations, ultimately maximizing sales and profitability.
- Asset & PDP Management: Lead the management of marketing assets, including product descriptions, images, and videos, and oversee the Product Detail Page (PDP) process from initiation to completion. This ensures all product information is accurate, compelling, and consistent across all platforms.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, understand consumer trends to determine opportunities for your catalogue and inform strategic decision-making. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all your franchises and promotional sets to report business results regularly and identify areas for improvement.
Professional &Technical Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Project.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent command of French (written and spoken).
- Ability to work in English to collaborate effectively with international teams and partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated creativity, proactivity, initiative, leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about the beauty industry.
