Overview

Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, you will maximize business growth through acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones across various channels. You are responsible for expanding the business in your territory by building ongoing, positive relationships with your customers.

In this role, you will help us deliver our famous brands to consumers across Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Executing sales plans through selling, merchandising, shelving, and creating engaging displays in your assigned territory
  • Engaging and onboarding new customers to PepsiCo products, services, and promotions to enhance in-store presence
  • Educating customers about our existing beverage portfolio and upcoming innovations
  • Developing accounts to meet sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service goals
  • Identifying selling opportunities for increased displays and promotional programs
  • Using knowledge of PepsiCo’s key financial metrics to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Assessing customer needs and market trends to develop tailored service solutions
  • Providing exceptional sales consultation, customer service, and innovative solutions
  • Collaborating with delivery and merchandising teams to ensure high-quality service across all accounts
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education required
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to display building and merchandising
  • 1-2 years of customer service or direct selling experience
  • Experience in Food Service or Consumer Products preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
