Overview

Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, you will maximize business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones across various channels. Your responsibility is to grow the business in your territory by building ongoing, positive relationships with your customers.

You will help us deliver our well-known brands to consumers across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales plans through selling, merchandising, shelving, and creating engaging displays in your assigned territory
• Engage and onboard new customers to PepsiCo products, services, and promotions to enhance in-store presence
• Educate and excite customers about our current beverage portfolio and upcoming innovations
• Develop assigned accounts to meet sales, market share, product distribution, and customer service goals
• Identify opportunities for additional displays and promotional programs in stores
• Use your knowledge of PepsiCo's financial metrics to achieve sales and profit targets
• Assess customer needs and analyze market trends to develop tailored service solutions
• Provide exceptional sales consultation, customer service, and innovative solutions
• Collaborate with delivery and merchandising teams to ensure high-quality service for all Pepsi accounts

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education required
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to display building and product merchandising
• 1-2 years of customer service or direct selling experience
• Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
