Job Description

Joining us means you will be part of an extraordinary and exciting company! You’re a key team player reporting to the General Manager and collaborating closely with the rest of the restaurant team. You’ll be involved in many aspects of the restaurant, which means you’ll stand out. You’ll learn our sought-after systems and procedures while working closely with your FOH and BOH teams. You’ll bring professional, enthusiastic leadership each day and contribute to setting our restaurants apart while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and rave-worthy guest experience!

The Day to Day:

  • You're a leader who enjoys creating a culture focused on the experience and enjoyment of food and wine.
  • You contribute, alongside your management team, to all aspects of the restaurant including recruitment, training, coaching, payroll, invoicing, ordering, inventories, scheduling, overall productivity, and health and safety meetings.
  • You strive to build and maintain relationships with guests, vendors, team members, and senior management.
  • You communicate our restaurant's vision to staff and lead by example.
  • You take pride in your workplace, demonstrating high personal integrity, business ethics, and promoting the venue.
  • You're a team player and assist with additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory or management experience in restaurants.
  • WSET certifications or in progress.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
