Role Description :
Arcadis is seeking an Environmental Professional (Engineer, Scientist, or Technologist) to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Reporting to the Atlantic Regional Manager, the successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment with ample opportunities for career progression. Role Accountabilities :
The Environmental Professional will be integral to a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and technologists, providing technical expertise across sectors like oil and gas, mining, power, and infrastructure. Experience with Contaminated Sites, Site Remediation, and Monitoring is required, and the ability to register as a Professional Engineer or Geoscientist in Nova Scotia is preferred.
You will manage and direct technical tasks and field programs, including contaminated site investigations, feasibility studies, remediation design, and hydrogeological studies. Your responsibilities will include project management, technical advice, report preparation, and senior review. Ensuring compliance with corporate policies, health and safety programs, and performance management systems is essential.
