The Technical Sales and Support Technician requires superior customer support skills, including empathy and urgency, as well as an aptitude to troubleshoot various hardware and programming issues. The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with OEMs, customers, and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of all BASE products, applications, features, advantages, and benefits, keeping up with training and development.
  • Sell and support BASE Engineering products to new and existing clients.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns; recommend courses of action for future issues.
  • Understand and comply with regulations regarding Hazardous Environments to ensure safety.
  • Increase market awareness by effectively communicating features and benefits of our products and systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer project requirements.
  • Resolve customer escalations through effective communication and escalate urgent issues as necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer communications and contact information.
  • Contribute to knowledge systems to enhance customer solutions.

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually
