Job description

Reporting to the Director of Data Governance & Analytics, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of BI management tools, serving as a key contact for your assigned business lines.

You will contribute to structuring, promoting, and optimizing BI tools and processes to ensure data accessibility, security, and quality. Your role will also involve supporting stakeholders in data-driven decision-making, while ensuring governance and continuous improvement of analytical solutions.

What You Will Accomplish With Us
  1. Develop and implement a Business Intelligence framework aligned with best practices and business objectives;
  2. Establish, maintain, and promote BI policies, standards, and procedures for effective analysis;
  3. Ensure security and access management through a multi-level portal aligned with stakeholder roles;
  4. Manage and enhance BI documentation, including data dictionaries, catalogs, and report/dashboard portals;
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize their data needs;
  6. Collaborate with the development team to ensure data source efficiency and consistency;
  7. Participate in evaluating and selecting BI tools to optimize data management;
  8. Promote BI principles to stakeholders and encourage a data-driven culture;
  9. Contribute to data governance and analytics projects and initiatives.
What You Bring To Our Team
  1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
  2. 6 to 9 years of experience in BI or data analysis, including management and implementation of analytical tools;
  3. Ability to influence stakeholders and promote BI best practices;
  4. In-depth knowledge of BI concepts, methodologies, and tools;
  5. Strong curiosity and awareness of BI trends and innovations;
  6. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences;
  7. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders;
  8. Bilingual in French and English, essential for interacting with internal and external collaborators across the country.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Supplemental Pay: Annual bonus
