Customer Onboarding Specialist (Full-Time, Local – $30-$35 / hr DOE)

Join Our Team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist!

Valley Pacific Mechanical is hiring a full-time, local Customer Onboarding Specialist to support our Service Manager and field technicians. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer experiences, and efficient service coordination.

What You’ll Do :

• Be the primary point of contact for customers, technicians, and the Service Manager.
• Schedule service calls and installations while optimizing technician routes.
• Handle customer inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage accounts in Housecall Pro and maintain records in Google Drive .
• Process rebates, permits, warranty registrations, and job closeouts.
• Assist with payroll hours, job costing, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For :

• 5+ years of experience in service coordination or customer onboarding.
• Proficiency in Housecall Pro and Google Drive .
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• A self-starter, who is task-oriented and can work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support both office and field teams.
• Local to the area and available for in-person meetings if needed.
