Thrive Digital is seeking a Director of Brand Media Strategy to lead innovation and strategic growth in their brand media services. This remote role involves developing measurement frameworks, driving client success, and mentoring high-performing teams. Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM (flexible hours, in your timezone)
Total Compensation: $133,000 - $200,000 CAD + Profit Sharing (after 1 year)
Starting Pay: $133,000 - $183,250 CAD

As our Director, Brand Media Strategy, you will lead innovation and strategic growth in Thrive's brand media services. Your role involves developing industry-leading measurement frameworks, driving client success through advanced media buying, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance our full-funnel offerings. You will also build and mentor high-performing teams supporting platform expertise, guidance, and advocacy.
