Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Focus on overall sales, customer service, and operations, including creating growth opportunities and business development within an assigned country.
- Lead or collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales to meet or exceed customer expectations and engage with customers and partners.
- Identify opportunities and challenges proactively, implementing actions to activate or resolve them.
- Develop a business plan for approval by the Regional Vice President.
- Implement strategic initiatives to meet revenue targets and support country growth and development plans.
- Communicate analysis results and recommend actions to senior management.
- Maintain knowledge of local economic indicators and market trends, incorporating this into budgets and forecasts.
- Implement operational programs to achieve budget objectives.
- Monitor financial performance of the assigned country.
- Liaise with regional departments to achieve common objectives.
- Research promotions and activities of competitors.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, such as Revenue Reports.
- Read and understand sales and marketing data and reporting.
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Distribute sales analysis and operational reports timely.
- Oversee countrywide candidate attraction, employee retention, training, and development.
Experience and Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Industry experience.
- Strong organization, communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of business functions like sales, marketing, CRM, finance, HR, HSE, supply chain, purchasing, IT, and quality control.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
- Leadership and decision-making skills.
- Mentoring and coaching abilities.
- At least 10 years of executive leadership experience in the pharma industry or logistics, with sales experience essential.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both tactical and strategic.
- International business orientation and good business acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
