Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
  1. Focus on overall sales, customer service, and operations, including creating growth opportunities and business development within an assigned country.
  2. Lead or collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Sales to meet or exceed customer expectations and engage with customers and partners.
  3. Identify opportunities and challenges proactively, implementing actions to activate or resolve them.
  4. Develop a business plan for approval by the Regional Vice President.
  5. Implement strategic initiatives to meet revenue targets and support country growth and development plans.
  6. Communicate analysis results and recommend actions to senior management.
  7. Maintain knowledge of local economic indicators and market trends, incorporating this into budgets and forecasts.
  8. Implement operational programs to achieve budget objectives.
  9. Monitor financial performance of the assigned country.
  10. Liaise with regional departments to achieve common objectives.
  11. Research promotions and activities of competitors.
  12. Prepare clear and concise reports, such as Revenue Reports.
  13. Read and understand sales and marketing data and reporting.
  14. Achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  15. Distribute sales analysis and operational reports timely.
  16. Oversee countrywide candidate attraction, employee retention, training, and development.
Experience and Educational Requirements :
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. Industry experience.
  3. Strong organization, communication, motivation, and leadership skills.
  4. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Understanding of business functions like sales, marketing, CRM, finance, HR, HSE, supply chain, purchasing, IT, and quality control.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :
  1. Leadership and decision-making skills.
  2. Mentoring and coaching abilities.
  3. At least 10 years of executive leadership experience in the pharma industry or logistics, with sales experience essential.
  4. Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both tactical and strategic.
  6. International business orientation and good business acumen.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
