As a Financial Planner, you will be an expert in financial planning, advising clients, and drafting financial plans to help them achieve their life goals. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Your role will involve introducing yourself to clients, discussing investment strategies, and maintaining regular communication through meetings, presentations, emails, and calls. This position offers the opportunity to develop your advisory skills, build business relationships, and enhance your leadership abilities while making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify clients' investment and financing needs to create personalized financial plans.
• Advise clients based on their needs and market trends, offering customized solutions.
• Develop business opportunities to expand the client base and grow existing portfolios.
• Ensure adherence to service and operational quality standards, as well as compliance and risk management guidelines.

Must haves :

2.French Speaking (English is a plus)

Nice to have :

• 2-5 years of experience as a Financial Planner
• Diploma from the Financial Planning Canada (FP Canada) or be on track to obtain it within 12 months - IF NOT : they have 2 years to obtain while they are already in the role

Soft Skills

• Great communication skills : this person is going to be talking to customers as their main job

Location : Sitting out of Shippagan, Tracadie, Néguac, Caraquet - whichever one is closest to home.

Logistics : 5x a week on site, visiting the different branches based on client needs

Education and Certifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent recognized by the IPF
