About the Role

Are you ready to take your career in property management to the next level? As a Property Manager Lead at ANANA Properties, you’ll oversee property operations, guide a dedicated team, and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead with purpose, fostering both innovation and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily property manager meetings to ensure clear communication, align team goals, and address any operational challenges.
  • Oversee daily property operations, ensuring they align with ANANA’s commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing owner & guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs, manage cleaning services, and ensure units are well-maintained.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of your assigned properties as well as all properties managed by our team to effectively address operational and guest needs.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and efficient work environment for your team.
  • Track operational performance and suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong familiarity with tools and home repair; handy skills are an asset or a willingness to learn.
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Mandarin is a valuable asset.
  • Comfortable using property management software and other digital tools.
  • Previous experience in hospitality management, property management, customer service, or similar fields. Property management experience is preferred; however, candidates with proven and strong skills in managing people or project management will also be considered.
