We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including team member management, sanitation, and safety.

JOB DUTIES

1. Coordinate team member selection, training, scheduling, and development; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
2. Monitor food storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving to ensure standards are met; control waste.
3. Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, including food and refrigerator temperatures, storage, and display.
4. Represent the restaurant and resort positively to customers.
5. Supervise equipment condition and appearance; report malfunctions.
6. Coordinate daily and weekly menu specials based on food availability.
7. Perform shift opening and closing duties, including equipment setup and cleaning.
8. Handle customer complaints professionally.
9. Perform other duties as assigned, including working in various restaurant positions.

REQUIREMENTS

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Minimum of one year restaurant supervisory experience.
3. Knowledge of restaurant administration, food preparation, and safety.
4. Basic math skills.
5. Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
7. Leadership abilities.
8. Basic computer skills, including email and internet use.
