Role Overview

GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are crucial in ensuring customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to achieve store objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Meet or exceed sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and attracting new ones.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and solutions.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and management.
4. Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized, and secure company assets.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
3. Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
4. Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
5. Strong sales skills and accountability for results with a goal-oriented mindset
6. Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
7. Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

Pay Range: -18.62
