GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently meet sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized service, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing effective selling skills and a goal-driven attitude
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
