You're a Fit If You Have :

Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience

Confidence to work independently in real-world settings

Comfort navigating home care, LTC, or rehab

Basic digital literacy (yes, you can use an app)
