Job summary

The Carrefour multiservice in Verdun seeks an Educational Advisor to support development and evaluation of curricula, classroom management and pedagogy, promoting student success. The position operates on a 35 h/week schedule, Monday to Friday, with shifts 8:30 AM–12:30 PM and 1:30 PM–4:30 PM, starting 2026-07-02.

You will advise school teams, contribute to staff development, and collaborate with partners on SPI and SSN projects, traveling across Greater Montreal and CSSMB centers.

Qualifications

Terminal university degree in education.
Teaching certificate is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of adult general education.
Experience with vulnerable clientele with special needs is an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide advisory and support to teachers on curricula, classroom management and pedagogy.
Contribute to professional development of staff and to teaching practices improvement.
Travel regularly to professional integration companies in Greater Montreal and CSSMB adult education centers.
Collaborate with internal and external partners on SPI and SSN files.
