Job summary

Kumon Math and Reading Center of Windsor is seeking a Franchise Consultant to support franchisees, ensure centres maintain high instruction standards, and expand Kumon’s presence across the territory. The role combines field visits with strategic guidance and strong relationship building.

You’ll travel within Alberta and nearby provinces, coach instructors, analyze performance, and help open new centres while upholding Kumon’s values and commitment to student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–4 years of experience in multi-unit service management or business consulting.
• Build strong relationships, excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Road Warrior: ability to travel extensively to support multiple centers in Alberta and other centres within Saskatchewan or Manitoba.
• Motivator: proven ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and drive results.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 20–30 Kumon locations within your assigned region.
• Perform frequent evaluations and follow‑up visits to ensure centers meet company goals.
• Provide sound operational and financial advice to improve centre profitability.
• Assist franchisees with the opening of new centers, ensuring smooth and timely launches.
• Develop strategies to enhance franchisee competitiveness in local markets, monitor performance, and implement best practices.
