Role Overview

Education Coordinator at Oxford Learning Richmond Hill North-Elgin Mills. In‑person role requiring commuting to location.

Responsibilities

• Inform inquiring parents about Oxford Learning programs
• Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers
• Set up and administer assessments
• Establish and oversee student learning programs
• Liaise with community members (schools, sports teams, local businesses)
• Maintain contact with parents and meet with them to discuss child’s progress
• Ensure Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
• Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily
• Master Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching team members

Education

• Minimum university degree (Credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math and Business preferred)
• Strong secondary school mathematics skills an asset
• Additional language(s) spoken an asset

Experience

• Work in an educational environment dealing with medium to large student bodies
• Work in a business environment an asset
• Experience with billing cycles required
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
• Strong phone skills and customer service experience (sales experience preferred)

Schedule

• Evenings
• Tuesday to Thursday (12:00pm – 8:00pm)
• Saturday (10:00am – 2:00pm)

Additional Information

Part‑time to full‑time upon completion of training.
