Saanich Schools in Canada is seeking a dedicated support staff member to assist with student safety and daily school operations. The role runs 8:30am–2:33pm, Monday to Friday, for 10 months each year during regular school sessions. The position offers a $30.20 hourly rate and collaboration time under the Support Staff Learning Improvement Fund.

End date is June 29, 2027, or return of incumbent. Crossing Guard training may be available to fill in when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Current Shift: 8:30am-2:33pm Monday to Friday (Includes 1/2 hour unpaid lunch) 10 months per year while regular classes are in session
• Pay Rate: $30.20
• This position is entitled to collaboration time as outlined in the current Letter of Understanding - Support Staff Learning Improvement Fund.
• End Date: June 29, 2027, or return of incumbent, whichever comes first
• Successful candidate may receive Crossing Guard training in order to fill in when necessary

• Current Shift: 8:30am- 2:33pm Monday to Friday (Includes 1/2 hour unpaid lunch) 10 months per year while regular classes are in session
• Additional minutes per day are included in the ‘Current Shift’ schedule above, which staff are expected to work daily in lieu of the spring break closure week in order to allow employees in continuing and temporary assignments to be paid their regular pay during the spring closure week as per Letter of Understanding -Spring Closure Week.
• Pay Rate: $30.20
