Qualifications

• The candidate should be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to supervise 1 to 2 people.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to sales workers and supervise 1–2 staff.
• Authorize payments by cheque and oversee cash handling.
• Order merchandise and manage stock replenishment.
• Authorize the return of merchandise and handle refunds or exchanges as needed.
• Establish work schedules and assign shifts for store team.
• Sell merchandise and provide customer service to shoppers.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Organize and maintain inventory and store cleanliness.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure smooth operations.
