Job summary

The role focuses on complete customer care, and coordinating with manufacturers, vendors and suppliers to meet onsite requirements. Responsibilities include purchasing, change notices, expediting orders, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.

• Project Management education or credentials (eg. PMP) an asset.
• Related post-secondary education or credentials (eg. Accounting, Finance, MIS, IT, Project Management, Supply Chain or electrical field training) an asset.
• Proficiency with Epicor P21 an asset.
• Full vaccination status is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Direct, organize and control project activities.
• Provide complete customer care and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors and suppliers for onsite requirements.
• Oversee purchasing of products and materials, change notices and change orders, expediting orders, and issue resolution.
• Maintain effective communication between customers and manufacturers, vendors and suppliers.
