Synergy Projects Ltd in Edmonton is seeking a Commercial Construction Foreman to coordinate daily site activities, supervise trades, and uphold safety and quality standards on our commercial projects. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to read drawings, and hands-on experience in commercial construction.

You will manage crews, schedule work, track progress, and ensure OH&S compliance across job sites.

Competenze

Journeyman Carpenter or Red Seal certification, or equivalent construction experience.
Experience as Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent in commercial construction.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Working knowledge of OH&S regulations and commercial construction quality practices.

Mansioni

Lead daily site operations, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and hazard assessments.
Supervise carpenters, apprentices and labourers, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality.
Coordinate workforce assignments, material deliveries, equipment use and site logistics.
Monitor productivity and project progress; maintain reports, timesheets, safety documentation and site records.
Ensure OH&S compliance and safety policies, and quality control requirements.
Review drawings, communicate scope changes, and assist with project documentation including as-built drawings.
Order materials, manage inventory and maintain organized, professional job sites.
