about this team

The Operations Accounting team plays a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely financial and management information to all necessary stakeholders. An integral part of the Operations Accounting group, you work with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy in the Operations Accounting and compliance with internal controls. We provide a tremendous opportunity to learn about many of operations within lululemon that impact our team by often working in cross-functional teams on a variety of projects.

core responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the reconciliation of all Store and E-commerce gift card activity related to our international entities
  • You will be responsible for Third-Party gift card reconciliations related to our international entities.
  • You will be responsible for the accounting of prepaid expenses internationally
  • You will support with intercompany settlement between all of our entities
  • You will work on ad hoc continuous improvement projects within the Operations Accounting scope.
  • You will support with ad hoc requests as they come up to support the team and the business.
qualifications
  • You are a person with a minimum of 5 year's work experience and a professional accounting designation (CPA)
  • Retail industry experience is an asset.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS is a plus.
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality.
  • Strong financial background and knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiples task in a time sensitive manner.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$81,500 - $107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
