The Secondary Office Assistant provides administrative support to the school, assisting administration, teaching staff, students, and guardians daily in reception, attendance, and guidance.

Schedule: Full-time - temporary contract
Required: Grade 12 diploma. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to work as a team member. Strong organizational and secretarial skills. MS Word skills at the Intermediate level. Advanced word-processing skills. Proficient in Excel. Proficient in PowerSchool and its reports. Basic knowledge of Google Drive and related applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Preferred: Knowledge of JDE, SchoolCash.net, EasyConnect, and secondary school attendance procedures. Experience with MS Publisher and advanced Excel. Secondary office experience and basic First Aid certification are assets.

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees, even if currently receiving an OMERS pension.
