• Negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors
• Awarding of contracts and purchase orders
• Production and schedule monitoring
• Follow-up with the client, architects, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors
• Visit to the construction site
• Change management and change issuance
• Periodic budget analysis
• Verification of payment requests from subcontractors and suppliers
• Coordinate the different stages of the projects
