A leading health company is seeking a Care Coordinator to enhance relationships with patients and staff. This part-time role involves administrative support, patient intake, and appointment scheduling, ensuring excellent customer service. Anticipated Work Schedule
Monday 3pm - 7pm
Tuesday 12 pm - 6 pm
Wednesday 3pm - 7pm
Thursday 10 pm - 4 pm (potential to be 12-6)
Hours may vary based on business needs.
The Care Coordinator is responsible for fostering a strong relationship between the clinic and its customers, including patients, staff, funders, and referral sources. This is achieved by efficiently providing administrative support and coordinating clinic activity with friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to all patients, team members, and external customers.
The Care Coordinator handles all aspects of patient intake, data entry, answering phones, outbound calling, receiving faxes and emails, as well as invoicing and payments.
