Job description

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to fulfill a contract / temporary role for our Calgary Client. As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for the daily administration and support of the Client’s Salesforce systems, supporting process efficiencies and managing back-end elements. You should have an in-depth understanding of Salesforce support, infrastructure, data, and administration, along with solid communication skills and leadership experience. This role is based in Calgary, AB, but remote work concessions may be available for eligible candidates.

Job Requirements: Must Haves:

1. 3+ years of proven successful experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including developing SF instances, forms, and flows (APEX).
2. Experience with Platform App Builder.
3. Strong technical background in implementing and supporting Salesforce solutions.
4. Ability to connect and develop effective relationships across multiple functional and technical teams to deliver projects.
5. Management or team lead experience.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to partner with all organizational levels, demonstrating service excellence, quality, and communication.
7. Salesforce Administration Certification preferred.
8. Pardot, Account Engagement, or Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
9. Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
