Your Role

2. Creating strategic sourcing plans to attract the best candidates.
3. Proactively sourcing candidates through channels such as social media, LinkedIn, and job boards.
4. Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the onboarding process.
5. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with team members and stakeholders, ensuring a positive team engagement journey.
