We are seeking a biologist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Qualifications :

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and / or PhD in biology or related fields such as Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Environmental Science is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, inductive / deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
• This is a full-time or part-time remote position.
• You can choose projects to work on and set your own schedule.
• Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
• Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for any money from you.

Responsibilities :
