Job description

Join to apply for the Teacher of Biology role at DataAnnotation.

We are seeking a biologist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Qualifications include a strong understanding of biology. A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

This position is remote and can be full-time or part-time. You will have the flexibility to choose projects and work on your schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their responses.
2. Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

1. Masters and/or PhD preferred but not required.
2. Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
3. Detail-oriented and proficient in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems thinking.
