Pharma Sales Rep Respiratory – Specialty and Primary Care

Job Description & Key responsibilities :

Valeo Pharma, a XEDITON Pharmaceuticals Inc. company, is seeking energetic, self-motivated professionals with strong communication skills for the role of Sales Representatives in various Atlantic provinces. Responsibilities include developing business relationships with GPs, Specialists, and other Healthcare providers in community settings, supporting brand marketing efforts, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving and exceeding periodic targets by calling on targeted healthcare providers in community or clinic settings.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning and territory management.
  • Develop and maintain a sales plan using the Company’s CRM system.
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
  • Seek out promotional opportunities and develop campaigns to drive sales.
  • Conduct sales calls on healthcare providers and pharmacies to promote and sell products.
  • Build productive customer relationships and address their needs.
  • Assist in sales planning, strategies, and coverage processes.
  • Provide regular analysis of the territory.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Support operational marketing plans.
  • Adapt selling messages to customer profiles.
  • Attend relevant meetings.
  • Promote product awareness and grow the sales base.
  • Handle product complaints and adverse reactions appropriately.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • University Degree, preferably in Science.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, preferably in Respiratory.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; social media experience is a plus.
  • Energetic, resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to learn technical and product information for training and promotional purposes.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Professional appearance and positive company image.
