Our client, a respected and growing lumber and building materials (LBM) company, is seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate their online presence and drive targeted engagement across multiple customer segments. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who knows how to build brand awareness, create compelling campaigns, and generate demand—especially in a product-driven, contractor-facing industry.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across the website, email, social media, and paid media
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta/Facebook campaigns, and retargeting funnels
- Oversee website content and SEO, including product updates, landing pages, and performance improvements
- Develop engaging, conversion-focused content for contractors, DIYers, and the design/build community
- Capture and edit visual content (photos and video); drone footage experience is a strong asset
- Create and manage email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product features)
- Travel to customer sites, events, and store locations for content gathering and campaign execution
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools to refine strategy
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing with business goals
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
- Strong written, visual, and creative storytelling skills
- Comfortable traveling to locations to gather content (must have a car and valid driver’s license)
- Familiar with using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Bonus: Experience with drone photography/video or background in construction/home improvement
