The Pharmacy Sterile Operations Supervisor ensures a safe and efficient drug distribution system, supervises Pharmacy Practice Assistants and students, and participates in quality improvement processes. Responsibilities include monitoring product acquisition, managing drug shortages, developing policies, resolving technical issues, and maintaining budgets.
