The Pharmacy Sterile Operations Supervisor ensures a safe, efficient drug distribution system. Responsibilities include supervising Pharmacy Practice Assistants (PPAs) and students, participating in quality improvement processes, monitoring product acquisition and drug shortages, and developing policies and procedures. The role involves resolving technical and medication distribution issues and managing budgets for compensation and supplies.

Hourly rate: $25.63 - $32.24. Benefits include health, dental, travel, long-term disability, life insurance, and a defined benefit pension plan.
