Job description

We are seeking an organized and dynamic manager to estimate and oversee disaster restoration and construction projects in both residential and commercial settings. Our clients are primarily insurance companies, adjusters, and property managers. Our goal is to deliver satisfaction and a high-quality product to property owners, insurance clients, and commercial managers.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Estimating clean-up and reconstruction, typically using Xactimate.
  2. Acting as the principal contact for customers.
  3. Securing work and managing projects to completion.
  4. Collaborating effectively with team members both inside and outside the organization.
  5. Ensuring all service level agreements, KPIs, profitability, and revenue goals are met.
  6. Fulfilling administrative and corporate responsibilities and expectations.
  7. Participating in on-call rotations and working extra hours routinely without additional compensation.

We seek someone assertive in securing new work and committed to delivering on our promises to maintain customer satisfaction. You will report to the GM and work closely with the Administration Team and Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate enjoys multitasking, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, technical and computing skills are essential. We are willing to train in the restoration industry; transferable skills are valuable. Experience in estimating and managing construction in commercial and residential environments is preferred, especially within the restoration sector.
