Challenger Sports is looking for reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our Club Soccer Coach programs.

What is a Club Soccer Coach Role? Professional year-round coaching.

• You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
• Deliver in-house coaches clinics, practices and coach education.
• Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
• Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.
  
  
  

Compensation: Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of hours worked. Your weekly schedule will remain consistent over the course of the season (6-10 weeks).

Location: Timmins, CA

Requirements:

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application
• Drivers License & Own Vehicle
• Must be aware of current first aid procedures
• It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Playing/coaching experience is preferred
