Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Customer
- Develop and document detailed solution designs within SDS, acting as an application SME throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Architecture.
- Lead complex application/system development, programming, and coding.
- Create solution options, coordinate stakeholders, and support development initiatives.
- Provide estimates for projects and initiatives.
- Develop functional, technical, and UI designs meeting requirements and standards.
- Consult on System Requirements Specification (SRS) development for optimal software/system design.
Shareholder
- Review technical deliverables for quality, gaps, or redesign needs.
- Work with project managers and analysts to define metrics and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with standards, practices, and documentation.
- Deliver solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Conduct code and operational readiness reviews.
- Support knowledge management and component reuse.
- Address application and data issues, ensuring integrity.
- Provide technical support for escalated incidents/outages.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends.
- Manage workload to deliver quality results.
- Support a positive, service-oriented work environment.
- Identify productivity and efficiency improvements.
- Build relationships across business and tech partners.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities.

Experience & Education
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
