Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Customer

• Develop and document detailed solution designs within SDS, acting as an application SME throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Architecture.
• Lead complex application/system development, programming, and coding.
• Create solution options, coordinate stakeholders, and support development initiatives.
• Provide estimates for projects and initiatives.
• Develop functional, technical, and UI designs meeting requirements and standards.
• Consult on System Requirements Specification (SRS) development for optimal software/system design.

Shareholder

• Review technical deliverables for quality, gaps, or redesign needs.
• Work with project managers and analysts to define metrics and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with standards, practices, and documentation.
• Deliver solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Conduct code and operational readiness reviews.
• Support knowledge management and component reuse.
• Address application and data issues, ensuring integrity.
• Provide technical support for escalated incidents/outages.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends.
• Manage workload to deliver quality results.
• Support a positive, service-oriented work environment.
• Identify productivity and efficiency improvements.
