The role
Are you a strong Senior CDP or currently a Sous Chef looking to progress?
Our Sous Chef is responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner. This role reports directly to the Head Chef and is part of a team based at our attractive hotel in Manchester.

What you’ll bring to the team
An ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Demonstrable cooking experience, including experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie. Familiarity with industry best practices and Basic Food Safety are essential.
