The Lisa Gozlan Ecommerce & Digital Merchandising Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our online store. This role will play a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective product management, site optimization, digital merchandising and the creation of engaging, high-quality content for the website.
- Oversee the creation, accuracy and optimization of all product listings (naming, descriptions, pricing, imagery, SKUs, tags)
- Own weekly homepage and category refreshes, ensuring alignment with product launches, brand calendar and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure digital merchandising and product launches are executed in sync with marketing and inventory readiness.
- Manage the upload of web content including landing pages, promotional banners and product imagery.
- Partner with the Brand Content Manager to ensure all content hierarchy, web imagery and storytelling are aligned with brand goals.
Site Performance & Analytics
- Monitor and report on site metrics (traffic bounce rate, conversion, AOV and sales)
- Analyze customer journeys and interpret heat maps, click-through rates, scroll depth to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and report on feedback from post-purchase surveys and product reviews to help guide site and / or product enhancements.
- Identify and troubleshoot content or technical issues in collaboration with developers and / or support platforms to resolve issues and improve site stability.
Site Optimization
- Execute and report on A / B tests to optimize site UX and drive conversion rate improvements.
- Ensure mobile-first experience is prioritized, adjusting layouts and navigation for mobile responsiveness.
- Perform regular tests across devices for usability, performance and speed
- Implement and manage seasonal and promotional campaigns (discounts, gift-with-purchase etc.).
- Optimize on-site search filters, result accuracy and synonym mapping, refining product categorization to improve product discovery and dwell time.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail
- Proficient in Shopify; knowledge of backend product management and site optimization
- Strong understanding of UX principles and digital merchandising
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics); SEO experience is an asset
- Excellent project management and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Nice to Have :
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo)
- Working knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
