Job summary

Best Buy Canada is seeking an intermediate digital analyst on a 12-month fixed term contract to help improve site conversion rates, loyalty and customer experience by creating dashboards, insights and experiments.

You will identify customer pain points, perform deep-dive analyses in Adobe Analytics and other tools, and apply your SQL skills to enrich offline data for actionable recommendations. Remote-first with in-person collaboration at our Vancouver head office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of web analytics experience delivering insights, data products and reporting in eCommece.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stakeholders have KPIs, dashboards and insights to inform decisions.
• Monitor KPI trends and surface opportunities in business reviews or ad-hoc insights.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with technology teams to quantify impact of features.
• Build, maintain and monitor data collection processes for reliability.
