Job summary

Job Description

This position involves issuing and reviewing certificates, documentation, and invoicing. The role includes mentoring or guiding Junior Customer Service Representatives and providing training on best practices. You will support both internal and external customers by providing information and documentation related to SGS services, pricing, and analysis status, ensuring timely and trustworthy service while maintaining company standards. The role requires multitasking capabilities to manage multiple managers and assignments simultaneously.

Job Functions

  • Customer Relations : Build and maintain client relationships, process requests and orders, prepare reports, certificates, invoices, and handle samples and inquiries.
  • Client Administration and Invoicing : Use templates for reports, manage job files, prepare documents for submission, handle invoicing and payments, and maintain customer and vendor records.
  • Finance and Office Administration : Validate documentation, prepare reports, manage accounts receivable / payable, procure materials / services, and support office operations including travel arrangements and event organization.

Training

  • Assist in training Junior Customer Service Representatives and new hires, follow safety and quality policies, and coordinate special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education in administration or science is an asset; 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Skills / Abilities : Good coordination, problem-solving, multitasking, proficiency in MS Office, communication skills, understanding of Oracle applications, and compliance with safety and conduct policies.
