Job Opening: Litigation Lawyers

We are accepting applications for litigation lawyers at all our locations:

• Toronto - 2 to 6 years of insurance defence experience
• Kitchener - 3 to 5 years of trial and AB arbitration experience
• London - New call to 5 years of insurance defence experience
• Ottawa - 2 to 6 years of litigation experience
• Barrie - New call to 5 years of insurance defence experience

While we specialize in insurance litigation, our expertise extends across over 40 practice areas. Our clients include corporate and commercial entities, financial institutions, and individuals across Canada. Our lawyers represent clients at trials, appeals, and in alternative dispute resolution processes such as arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
