Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a High-Rise Assistant Finishing Site Superintendent, located in Etobicoke, ON. The Assistant Finishing Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and supervising suite finishing works. This role involves developing & monitoring schedules, overseeing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with all construction standards and regulations. The individual will collaborate closely with the Senior Site Superintendent to ensure project timelines and quality objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
• Skills in quality control, supervision of finishing work, and monitoring schedules.
• Experience with Tarion & bulletin 19 works.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, construction standards, and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Experience with high-rise construction & suite finishing.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
