Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic ECE(A) certification from a BC-recognized program.
• Strong verbal and written communication with families and staff.
• CPR-C/AED certification and emergency first aid; obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and engaging programming for children.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Deliver high quality, age-appropriate programs using YMCA curriculum.
• Maintain safe environments and support transitions between play areas.
• Use the parent app to provide daily updates and communications.
