RECODemand (Real Estate Commissions On Demand) is a fast-growing, venture-backed company based in St. Catharines that assists real estate and mortgage professionals in expanding their business through digital marketing, specifically by hosting online webinars. Our services are available to professionals across the United States and Canada.

The Digital Marketing Success Manager will be responsible for training Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers on how to set up, utilize, and implement the RECODemand systems to generate leads. The role involves working closely with each client to guide them through the program, which includes launching advertisements for real estate-related webinars.

Job Responsibilities / Duties :

1. Instruct clients on how to use the RECODemand program effectively.
2. Monitor and optimize client advertisements on Facebook.
3. Maintain organized records of client information.
4. Attend and evaluate client webinars.
5. Participate in RECODemand's 5-Day Challenges.
6. Ensure the program functions correctly for all clients.
7. Promote upsells to clients after the initial program is completed.
