The Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence team is seeking a Product Coordinator who will assist the Sales Team in all aspects related to selling products online and managing their CRM software. This new role will be responsible for paid digital advertising on all social platforms, with a focus on selling ticket packages, as well as providing the administrative work on Salesforce Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate is a person who strives for a career in digital marketing with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, who is extremely detail-oriented, motivated to continuously learn in a fast-paced environment, and has a love for all things sports. What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the Digital Ads and Activations Coordinator to plan, write, and execute on digital advertising across multiple platforms, such as Meta, Google, Twitter/X, and TikTok;
- Achieve personal digital sales targets related to REDBLACKS and 67’s ticket package sales;
- Become the Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator, coordinating daily with the Sales team to optimize their sales performance and maintain system operations;
- Utilize existing tools and technologies to provide the Sales team with Lead Lists for sales, including leveraging our Customer Data Platform for lead scoring;
- Attend weekly Sales meetings to align Marketing more closely with Sales initiatives;
- Learn and implement digital marketing best practices into campaigns;
- A working knowledge and understanding of OSEG’s business;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive flow in content and copywriting;
- Track and analyze weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports, identify drivers and make recommendations for improvement.
What’s Needed
- Completion of post-secondary degree in marketing, digital technologies, or analytical based programs;
- 0-2 years of experience. New graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Data-driven mindset and attention to detail;
- Prior experience and certifications within digital marketing are viewed as important assets;
- Strong ability to work as a team and to meet deadlines accordingly;
- Strong organization and time management skills;
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Tradable Bits is considered an asset;
- Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud is considered an asset;
- Coding skills such as HTML and CSS are considered an asset;
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
