Your Role

As our Lead Designer, reporting to the CMO, you'll collaborate across teams to deliver consistent and thoughtful designs for both Product and Marketing. This strategic role combines creativity and leadership, including mentoring designers and ensuring design consistency throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Design Leadership: Oversee creation of on-brand product designs and marketing collateral, supporting product development from concept to launch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers and marketers to develop user experiences and visuals that drive engagement.
• Design System Development: Establish and refine scalable design systems and standards.
• Team Management and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• User-Centered Advocacy: Promote user-centered design principles, integrating feedback and analytics.
• Design Consistency and Quality: Ensure visual and usability consistency across all materials.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

• 5+ years in design, with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proven project leadership from discovery to execution, mentoring others.
• Strong portfolio of product and marketing design work.
• Experience across multiple channels with consistent visual identity.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing design systems and operations.
