Junior Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager
Location : North Toronto (in-office with some flexibility)
Salary : $60,000-$80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Reports To : VP Construction Operations
About the Company
Our client a seasoned Construction Management firm specializing in corporate interiors . They have operated for many decade and work with a trusted circle of repeat clients law firms, banks, insurance companies, and national office / retail brands. The bread and butter projects are fast-paced, high-touch interiors in the $250K-$350K range, with a premium on client satisfaction, schedule, and smooth turnover .
They subcontract 100% of trades and are signatory to major trade unions. You'll be joining a tight-knit, low-ego team that works fast, works smart, and values reliability over bravado.
The Role
Were looking for a Junior Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to support our VP of Construction. This is a dual role :
This is an in-office role (North Toronto) with some flexibility for partial remote work depending on experience and performance.
