Job Description

NAPA / CMAX stores offer paint products, equipment, and supplies for body repair, a complete system for mixing spray paint, and expertise in color matching.

We are looking for a Sales Representative for our CMAX paint division located in Lasalle. We offer a competitive salary, attractive benefits, employee discounts, and ongoing training to support your professional development.

Main Responsibilities

• Visit body repair shops and other businesses to promote CMAX Paint and Body products and programs.
• Collaborate with manufacturers’ sales forces, Multi-Line, and other sales teams at the head office.
• Develop sales growth plans with district sales managers and store managers, and identify new business opportunities within the territory.
• Gather market data and follow up on service or product issues with district sales and store managers.
• Provide pricing recommendations, assist in recovering overdue accounts, and ensure compliance with purchasing terms.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of body shop operations is an asset.
